On this website we count two services as necessary for operating and promoting it, and they run for every visitor: the booking tool (Calendly) and the measurement of our TikTok ads (TikTok Pixel). Both are described below. Other, optional cookies (for example from Meta or Google, which are not currently active on this website) are only set with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time via our cookie banner. You can also configure your browser to block cookies generally, though this may limit some functionality of the site.
If you contact us through our contact form or by email, we store the information you provide, including your contact details, in order to process your inquiry and to respond to any follow-up questions. We do not share this data with third parties without your consent.
Processing of data entered into the contact form is based solely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future by emailing us informally. This does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your withdrawal.
Data submitted via the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, you withdraw your consent, or the purpose for storing it no longer applies. Any mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
We use Calendly to let you book a call with us directly from our website. When you schedule a call, Calendly collects the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and any details you add about your inquiry, in order to arrange and confirm the appointment. This data is processed on the basis of your consent and to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Calendly may process this data on servers outside the EU. For details on their data handling, please refer to Calendly's own privacy policy.
The booking window is loaded from Calendly only when you click a "Book a call" button. Until then, your browser makes no connection to Calendly. If you arrive through one of our ads, the campaign tags in the link (for example utm_campaign) are passed on to Calendly so that we can see which ad a booking came from. After you book, you are taken to a confirmation page on our website.
We do not show Calendly's own cookie banner in the booking window, because we count the booking tool as necessary for this website. When the booking window opens, Calendly sets its own cookies and may load analytics and marketing services; at the time of writing these include, for example, Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook), Segment, Braze, Sprig and Datadog. What Calendly and these services do with your data is described in Calendly's own privacy notice and cookie notice. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time or block them with a tracking-protection tool, and you can object to this processing (see "Right to Object" below).
We use the TikTok Pixel to measure the performance of our TikTok ad campaigns (TikTok Privacy Policy). It runs for every visitor to this website, without a separate consent step, because we count it as necessary for operating and financing this website. The pixel sets cookies (for example "_ttp") and reports to TikTok that you visited our page, that you clicked a "Book a call" button and, after you have booked, that a booking took place. From our website we do not send your name, email address or phone number to TikTok. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time (see "Right to Object" below) and can prevent the pixel by blocking its cookies and requests in your browser or with a tracking-protection tool.
Meta Ads (Meta/Facebook Pixel, Meta Privacy Policy) and Google Ads (including conversion tracking, Google Privacy Policy) are not currently active on this website. If we activate them, we will only set them with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can give or withdraw at any time via our cookie banner.
If you sign up to receive emails from us, we use your email address to send you updates, offers, or content we think may be relevant to you. We only send marketing emails with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and every email includes a link to unsubscribe at any time. Once you unsubscribe, we stop using your data for marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal data or otherwise market it to third parties. Data you provide to us, for example your name and email address, is only used to correspond with you and for the purpose for which you provided it. Data collected automatically during your visit is used only for the purposes described in this policy.
We only pass on your personal data to third parties where we are legally required to do so, where it's necessary to provide a service you've requested (such as Calendly for bookings, or ad platforms for the campaigns you consented to), or where you have given us your prior consent.
For security reasons, our website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries you send to us. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in your browser's address bar and the lock icon. When encryption is active, data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
